In the name of her eminence, the Queen of Hearts, you are henceforth ordered to comply with the following proclamations. Failure to do so will aggravate the Queen and penalty could mean the loss of your head (or you won’t be admitted into the experience).
Buying Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At least one member of each group must have ID matching the name on the ticket.
Tickets can be exchanged for a future performance as long as your ticket date is more than two days away. Just email boxoffice@theaterworks.org or call 623.815.7930 with your order number and your request.
Know Before You Go
Bring As Few Belongings As Possible
We encourage all visitors to bring as few personal belongings as possible.
Wear Comfortable Shoes
You will be walking and exploring for most of the 6,500 sg ft experience.
Arrive 30-15 minutes Prior to your Showtime
Please arrive at least 15-minutes prior to your performance time but not more than 30 minutes prior to your performance start time. If you arrive after your performance start time, your ticket is no longer valid.
Flashing lights, strobe and haze will occur during the experience.
Recommended for Ages 16+
To preserve the experience for all guests, children under 13 will not be admitted.
Cashless Purchases
All purchases will be cashless including at the Pig & Pepper Bar or any merchandise. Credit cards, debit cards and Apple pay are available.
Pictures & Phones Are Not Allowed in Wonderland
Please leave your phone and/or camera in your boat, bicycle or tucked away in your attire.
Pig and Pepper Bar Open Before And After the Show
Visitors 21 years of age and older are encouraged to visit the PIG & PEPPER BAR before and after the show. You will be given a wrist band.
Masks Are Required
Masks are required. If you do not have a mask available to you, one will be provided.
